Long story short… it depends! Our office is departmentalized. This allows us to have teams that specialize in one or more of the many moving parts that make up property management. While you don’t have one go-to person throughout your contract, you do have a whole team ready and able to help with whatever may come. That being said, there are a few exceptions to that.

  • During the marketing period, your main point of contact will be your assigned Leasing Agent. They’ll keep you up to date on showings, feedback, applications, and recommendations they have to help get your property rented as quickly as possible. They’ll also alert you to any maintenance needs to consider and those that need to be addressed before new residents can take possession.
  • Once we’ve received an approved application, a security deposit, and a signed lease agreement, management moves over to our departmental system.
