“I moved to Colorado with my family back in 1977. I graduated from Gateway High School in Aurora and earned my bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado Denver. I live in Colorado, studied in Colorado, and built a business right here in Colorado.

Real Property Management Colorado, LLC has grown from one full-time employee and no properties to manage in 2007 to managing over 1,400 properties with a full-time staff of 30 outstanding employees, each hand-selected for their experience and commitment to customer service.

Each year, our team sponsors events, raises funds, and volunteers for the Children’s Miracle Network, helping to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for children’s hospitals that support the health of 10 million children each year.

Whiz Kids

We partner closely with Whiz Kids, a faith-based organization bringing faith, hope and love to low-income kids throughout Denver! For every lease signed, we donate $15 to the organization.

American Heart Association

CycleNation Denver Fundraising Events

Our team supports CycleNation Denver events, helping to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for the American Heart Association. Participants make an impact on cardiovascular disease research, prevention, and treatment.

Denver Century Ride

Fundraising and Volunteer Support

Our team has supported and volunteered at Denver Century Ride annual fundraising efforts to support organizations like Bicycle Colorado and Bike Jeffco. Each event raises tens of thousands of dollars for these worthy organizations.

Wild Animal Sanctuary

Our team co-sponsored the Battle of the South, an event that raised money for the Wild Animal Sanctuary. The Denver-area sanctuary is home to hundreds of rescued and soon-to-be rehabilitated lions, tigers, bears, and wolves.
