At the beginning of February, Greg Bacheller was able to take part once again in this year’s Colorado Economic Summit. Greg was able to touch on the trends we’re seeing in the Denver market, highlighting both the single-family home market and the apartment market. The event featured many great speakers, including Chris Mygatt (President and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential), Elliot Eisenberg (Ph.D. Chief Economist and Global Business Consultant, Graphs and Laughs, LLC; Former Senior Economist at the National Association of Home Builders).
