Real Property Management Colorado recently compiled a report with RentRange, a Westminster rental analytics company, to show just how high Denver rental rates are climbing!
The report showed that Denver Metro rents for a 3 bedroom single-family home came in at a whopping $1,863 per month! Compare the 14% increase for single-family homes to the 13% increase for apartments in Denver, and it’s easy to see how Denver rental rates are climbing up and up! And it’s a trend that we here at Real Property Management Colorado expect to continue throughout the next few quarters, as more and more people move to Colorado with the intent to rent rather than buy.
