I was with another property management company before switching to Real Property. and kick myself continuously. Real Property does what they say they are going to do – they check on the property periodically, they are very prompt with any question I have, always pleasant to talk to, very informative as to anything happening at the property or with my tenants and the list goes on. And to top it off – I am not paying any more than my old company who performed just the opposite to all my compliments above. Real Property does care about not letting damage happen to your property by being diligent with their screening to the time of tenant turnover. I can’t say enough good things about Real Property. They take the worry and headaches out of having rental property.
